Got pre release a few weeks ago from Mark, 30.21 last week as bolt on, some jetting changes tonight to suit the pipe as below.
Quality superb, double O rings and no leaks.
5 decibels down on an expansion at 4000 revs.
No problem now to fit centre stand on Veloce, Sprint etc.
Vespa BGM MRB Clubman - 30.21hp

Sorry I don't really use or own standard pipes but hopefully will be doing an expansion comparison next week.
Its new engine build and not standard. Not welded, 57 stroke, Vespatronic, reed, centred head, and TM carb.
Its got packing options to make into a touring tune also so will graph that too.
Here's the torque which shows efficient bmep peaks so happy will that and more than surprised the pipe revs through this far:

wrong graph tony ,
clubman revs high and produces good bottom and reasonable peak due to the dual effect of combining std and double tuned length with a tuned length of around 550 i guess, it will rev to the moon if the ignition and comp ratio lets it then 1100 its around the length of a low rev touring pipe

Oops, sorry clicked the wrong one Darrell, had a glass of red with my tea!
Its very clever isn't it but was still surprised. Should be a good experiment to see how it does lower down, I know Scooter Center have had really good results on that kind of tune, so it looks like a versatile pipe. Booked it in for expansion test on Monday.

If you've got one lying around, a comparison with a SIP road pipe would be useful.

I don't have any shelf pipes I'm afraid but if you look on Mark's site the SIP comparison was the acid test and it blew it away if I remember, there should be some graphs.
Should be there Darrell but nothing serious as still working on another engine to beat Tony and Charley but behind because of arthritis and erectile dysfunction issues.
Give you a sneak, should be a good engine:

IRON LINER!? Please explain.
It is interesting to compare Tony's Graph with Dan's current Vespa Project.
Dan's is ahead all the way up to 7500-8000 where it tails off while Tony's carry's on revving & producing more power.
I suspect Tony's would need to run significantly lower gearing to be quicker on the road than Dan's.
It wonder what effect an exchange of pipes would have on both graphs?
