Polossi and PHBH26 setup

Hi all!
My new alu Polossi (reworked by Scooter&Service for longstroke) is in the post heading for me and my scooter...
I'm going to fit a PHBH26 instead of the old SI24...
-so would like some help with how to set up the PHBH carb..
Engine;
PX200 with new alu Polossi
60mm rotary crank (reworked by S&S)
Dellorto PHBH26 on a Malossi intake (rotary)
Pipedesign Speedbox220 (based on standard PX pipe, but a bit more effect than Sip Road)
Any suggestions?
