Rear folding Rack & Backrest for GTS125

Just spoke to a reputable dealer re ordering a rack & backrest.
Was informed that i need a genuine Vespa Rack (£215) & cuppini Back Rest (£55) as the cuppini Back Rest doesn't fit onto the cuppini Back Rack.
Is this the case, as it doesn't make sense that the Cuppini Back Rest does not fit onto the Cuppini Rack?

PS does anyone know who has them in Stock as i was trying to get one before saturday for the WOT Rally?
