Doesn't Rich T's granturismo website give some guidance for a PHBL with a standard clubman? I'd be inclined to start with that and a bigger main jet. I'd also be inclined to just try the next pilot jet too.
I suspect you'll enjoy this exhaust on the GT. Pity mine's sat on the workbench with no scoot to put it in

That's about where I'm at
I had it set up nicely with an old AF Clubman and PHBL25 with an adjustable power jet before, but where the MB is reported to perform similar to a Dev-Tour, I thought it could possibly be a mile out all round

; I've also upgraded the gearbox from SX150 to a Cyclone, so I'm expecting nothing short of a miraculous transformation

My PHBH 30 was set up first to run on an old Indian Clubman. When I put the MB Clubman on my Av264/x13 second clip stayed the same (it was dynoed too) but it didn't like a pilot below 55.

The bike still isn't built although it's a rolling chassis, and funny you ask as I took it off the bench today to run it through the gears, unfortunately I can't comment on the jetting as I was only running it 100 yards at a time trying to select all 5 gears (they're a bit stiff at the moment

), so I'm not yet ready to look at the jetting, but would still appreciate a starting point...
