gp to li spec gearbox questions

hi,want to change my late gp 150 box ( 50,41,37,33)to li 150 spec (50,41,37,34),is it ok to just change the fourth gear cog and gear cluster even although 1st and second gears are slightly different diameters,gp 1st and second 117.5 and 106.5 li, 115.3 and second 105.5 ?
