You most definitely will have to upjet and by a fair more than 2!! More like a 110 main , as for squish they come as a complete kit and usually all ready to bolt on , don't expect too much though , oh and sip road is a good pipe

simonini or sip road, start with 110 and see how it goes coming down to possibly 106
real world...you"ll need a 116/be4/140jet stack, run it in well, fit a sito plus or SIP road exhaust, and a 22 tooth clutch cog to make use of the extra torque. when ran in it may need down jetting. good cheap kits, 60-ish mph with a good dollop of oomph for going up hills. don't expect it to be a TS1.
thanks for advice people just gettin all parts together now and all info avail will start nearer end of rally season not expectin too dramatic differance for that would need to fit turbo and loose 3 stone hahahaha
I had one with a si24/24 P2 carb and a simminini pipe and it went very well ! pulled like a train and was good for 60-65 ...

am a doogal r u a doogal too....!

The most important part about fitting the kit is how it fits to yor engine. Most guys just take them out of the box and bolt them on. This is fine and sometimes they are lucky and they go well. Sometimes they dont. Its a bit more work to set up a kit to fit properly and even the DR kit can be surprising when its set up right
The main jet will hopefully need to be much bigger. And the bigger main jet it ends up running, with the correct plug colour, is a rough indicator of how powerful your engine really is!
btw, SIP road, standard plug and 20/20 carb with autolube will be perfecd for a rally going set up on this kit.
