Does anyone know if the rear runner ( Indian GP ) needs trimming if you are planning to fit a Franspeed RB touring pipe? I've got an RB motor coming and I want to get everything painted before it arrives. Thanks in advance Pete.

All the others do so I don't know why the RB version wouldn't. Sure, lots of OTT expansions will fit between kick-start and unmodified rear runner but the will hit the rear runner under extremes of suspension travel, i.e. when hitting a pothole. In time this will lead to damage to both the running board and the pipe.

You can try to get away with it, many do, but I hate to see a nicely sprayed bike with a dented up back of the rear runner and obvious dent/scuff on the exhaust, which just makes me think that a bike was built by a novice
