Lambretta GP200 cylinder ID

How can I tell the difference between an Indian GP 200 and an Italian GP cylinder. There seems to be no identifying marks on it apart from the notch on the top fin

arnt they both the same being INDIAN ?

Sorry, what I meant was the difference between an Indian and an Italian one, I`ve corrected it now :oops:
