Hi
I recently had the above kit fitted but I'm not to clued up on setting the carb.
I have trawled the web to find someone who has the RT 190 set up and running how it should. but with no success.
I have a 28mm phbh nk rally and mb remote filter.
Idle 58
Main 125
X7 needle second notch down
40 slide
Mix screw 1 1/2 turns out roughly.
It starts to splutter just as the power starts to come in
And on Sunday at the Humber bridge YSA event as I was going up the the steep slip roads I had to feather the clutch and give extra revs to stop it spluttering on the steep slip roads.

As said earlier I have trawled the web but only found threads on people with roughly the same problem as me.
So if any one has a similar set up. Id love to hear from you.

Thanks from a very frustrated Boris.

Main is too big, come down a size at a time until it runs clean, then check plug colour.

Thanks for the quick reply.
I'll try it.
I'm still running in how far would you come down.
To keep it safe.

Just go down a size on the main, try it, if its still not running clean then down a size, keep going until it runs clean, do some miles on it and keep an eye on the plug colour.
