its an italjet formula 50cc, won`t start cleaned carb everything ok fuel flows through to carb ok but but plug is still dry eny thoughts

have a look at the reeds

thanks for that,but do reeds stick together after a bit,can they be cleaned.i wonder if this is why the petrol is not going through
