Xmas trees

Who does a rebush on the Xmas tree? Any idea how much it costs?
I have a generally decent gearbox but the bush end of the tree is fooked.

Ah yes found it, will drop an email to see how much for the machining as might be able to get that done locally.

Chiselspeed do it for (i think) £25. Worth giving them a ring and finding out.

Hello
I had one repaired a year or two back.
Ordered the repair bush from MB (a standard INA part I seem to recall) and got the tree machined down so it was a sliding fit into the bush. Then loctited the bush in place using Loctite 648. 648 has very good resistance to heat and oil. Done many thousands of miles with this part in me engine. Job's a good un.

My local council do a very good job of recycling xmas trees if that's any help.But if they still have the roots,then you can replant them and they'll come back for next year.Hope this answers some questions.Cheers,Speedy.
