Putting a cyclone together and im struggling to get the end plate bearing over the christmas tree. Iv given it some light force but its way to tight really. I could give it a bit more of a whack and get it home but id never get it off. anyone else had this issue?

yeah had the same problem but just used a plastic hammer and tapped it on, if you use the bolts to get the end plate off and plastic hammer to tap the xmas tree back now and then it does come off.

Im so tempted to give it a whack but the end plate has always been a tight fit so im concerned that if i do whack it home, there it will stay. :?

I guess i need a couple more people to say the same and ill get my hammer out.... :D

mine was definitely tighter than usual, put the nut on the xmas tree before you attack it though
