if I switch key all way round main bulb will come on and off but if I touch key it will stay on any ideas ?Key ignition affecting headlight bulb ?
I'm trying to find out if I need to get a new ignition as when engine is running on my gp non batt type if I switch key all way round main bulb will come on and off but if I touch key it will stay on any ideas ?

It does sound like a dodgy switch. My ignition switch only cuts the engine if I over turn it slightly to the left (towards the parking light setting). The scooter can still be started sometimes with no key and the ignition in the vertical "OFF" position.
I get my kicks out on the floor.
