Just thought that i would make my own thread with questions about my sleeper.
I have a Series 2 and also aquired a TS1 motor.
I want to do something completley different than other builds I have done and would like to have the bike as visually standard as poss.
Question 1
What I am thinking of doing is fitting a MB/BGM Clubman instead of the JL3 the motor comes with. Can i get away will keeping the jets as is?
question nr.2
Are the ScootRS internal (hydrolic) disks any good? And can I use them in conjunction with this master?

On the jetting, no is the answer all day and twice on sundays.
Id say the chances of swapping any exhaust and the jetting being the exact same are probably hundreds to one to be honest, if not more.
Always always always go through the jetting after an exhaust change as well as plug chops etc.

I went the other way Clubman - JL3 loads of miles no issues.

with the scoot rs inboard it is the same as any converted campag/innocenti one ... they work well but many will tell you a well set up drum can stop just as good ,
i cant comment on how well that particular lever/master will work but it should be up to the job allthough if you are going for a clubman to keep the standard look then why not concider a hidden master cylinder ??

A hidden one? Do you mean semi-Hydrolic with the master behind the horncast or have I missed something cool somewhere?
