I put a polini and a dr 180 on a 125 a few years ago, I started off on a 116 and went down and ended up back to 98 I think it was,
it was bogging out through higher jets. what have you got in now ? ive got a polini on my px engined t5. I think its a 96 with a cosa 200 atomiser .

its only a vespa at the end of so I don't mind fookin about wi it :D

I dont think them polinis exhausts are much cop. Restrictive..
Get rid of the autolube anorl and keep an eye on the plug.
Dont take my word either. Ask someone on here more knowledgeable .
That would include their dog :D

I run mine a bit lean which aint advisable :) but ive got a spare top end thats done about 3k .
I think a 180 kit jetting starts at 115 upwards with a p200 atomiser.
As i say am sure someone will correct me ;)
