So i keep reading about long stroke cranks and i am wondering what difference does it make having one ? Is it a better power output ,does it up the cc or is it crap and not worth doing ?

Just did mine a couple of weeks ago, 1st impressions are its got lot more pull bearing in mind it had lots anyway. Previously I had 19lb torque and 22 hp I got no idea what it got now.
feels different in lots of ways bearing in mind I'm trying a new bgm type clutch too

Yes, it increases the 'swept volume' by increasing the amount that the piston travels.

yes it does increase CC (cubic capacity) and therefore it should also help to increase torque and power
