Went out for a blast earlier and engine just cut out as I came to a junction. This has happened before due to a dodgy spark plug (NGK),so whipped out the plug an put in a new one and it fired up. I did go through 3 plugs in less than 100 miles a while back, is there a dodgy batch of NGK plugs doing the rounds?

Don't know if there's any dodgy ones ,but I gave up on NGK's a few years ago after a few issues. I use Denso W24 or W27 now all seems OK.I like the NGK suppressor caps though :D
I am playing all the right notes, but not necessarily in the right order.

I understand that NGK are actually often counterfeited. Hence I only buy them from authorised dealers etc, not eBay and such.....
