hi i have a ts1 225 that has a mrb inlet manifold with an outside dia of 40 mm the carb i going to use it a 34 vhsa with an out side dia of 45 mm will it be ok to use a steped carb rubber on it or will i be better of getting a new manifold for it

I doubt you'll notice the difference if you use a stepped rubber over the larger manifold and it's a lot cheaper
