First oil change after rebuild and how's this plug look?

I went out for a small jaunt tonight and then came home and decided to change my oil and check everything over. I have put 300 miles on since the rebuild. The drain had a decent amount of shavings on it, nothing excessive i would say. Even stickies has a photo for comparison and i would say they were fairly close. I was unhappy to find what i believe is a chunk of kickstart tooth off the first gear. But what can you do! The oil was greyish in appearance and smelled of grease, probably from grease being used in the rebuild. There was a decent amount of grease on the magnets also. Noticed a small puddle of oil on the case cover on the recess that leads to the top stud/nut for the exhaust. Cleaned it up and i'll keep an eye on it. It (the nut) was tight so i'm not sure where the oil would come from.
Refilled with 500cc of tutela zc90. So overall i'm pleased with everything thus far. Still think the carb could be dialed in better.
I pulled the plug and it was kinda oily around the plug hole on the cylinder head but again not to excessive. This is a deanspeed 190 and i had to send the first head i recieved back to him as it really leaked around the plug. So i think this one is ok.
Anyway i think this looks pretty good but always like a second opinion.
I think the pinkey colour is because i'm running Klotz in it and it is pink.
