a very good day for scooter racers today at darley moor,stuart day and joe ravenscroft both broke the lap record,joe went on to win all four heats riding the 'taylor tuned group six' machine,
there was some very fast racing, only saw one nasty spill(sorry no name)hope this lads ok.
some very good racing from the 'dks teams chalky powered machines, mr lancaster finishing higher up the leader board well done james!
nice to see quite a few scooterist giving the racers the support they need,
next meeting three sisters get yourself inthere and see how its done,
mr torco will be along shortly with some photos?

did it again in last race
around 1.7secs faster than old lap record which on a track with very few corners is some going considering its his first ever race there

hmmm, the weather had become warmer so i suspect you had richened it up a little to be on the safe side or was it the fact that joe (great name) hadgot more used to the track and was 'experimenting'.
very good rider on a very quick scooter!

I watched. And very impressed. Well done to both of you.

Massive thanks to Darrel Taylor and Lee William for all of the time and effort they put into the lambretta since the very start, was a brilliant weekend and looking forward to the rest of the season for some good,fast close racing !
