setting up an engine for a mate and they want to fit a 25 phbl dellorto, on a indian 200 barrel set up and a af 42mm big bore pipe,, any-one got any ideas on jetting details on this set-up,,cheers steve

Are you sure it's a 24mm phbh and not a phbl?

Lets assume its a phbl, ive got a tv175 with a sito clubman and one of these carbs, breathing through a gutted airbox (filter in place) am running in so haven't got the main sorted yet but choke=60, pilot=45, atomiser aq264, needle d22, 4th notch, main 100, don't know why more people aren't using these, pretty easy to set up and though im running in am getting 70-90 miles per 5 litres

As above but im using a D32 needle and 95 main, stage 4. That's dynoed.
