Mirror vibration

Just mounted a mirror on my tv 200 utilising the throttle side lever mounting .i.e replacing brake lever pin with mirror mounting pin . Perfect views when stationary and not running but poor at most times when riding due to vibration of mirror . Mounting presently with metal washers but before I refix trying nylon/ rubber washers to see if they help has anyone had same problem and overcome it ? My engine mountings etc are new and the ride is not overly vibrating for engine which is 225 mugello and 12 v variotronic ignition
