Does anyone know what a ts1(tuned) head temp should run at approx as iam thinking along the lines of the Sip speedo with the temp gauge which apparently tops out at 250c 482 f
Cheers

If iot doesn't sit within those limits then you will be in serious trouble

My Avanti sits at about 160 if that helps.

Cheers
The SIP Speedo when set to KPH reads degrees C when set to MPH reads degrees F.
Also if you set wheel rpm to 1320 this will give you a very accurate speedo!
BR7ES Plug 210'C or 410'F
BR8ES Plug 240'C or 464'F
BR9ES Plug 270'C or 518'F
Hope the above data will help.
As Darrel has said the head & cowling need to be modified, on my Facebook profile in my photo albums you will find just how much is required to fit & mod cowling.

Just one more thing is it right that the speedo only reads up to 250 c I think I spotted it in Allstyles advert for them ?
Cheers

been using an underplug cht on air cooled group 6 running a 10plug its showing around 370f to 390f
so the 250c 482 f sip unit should be within range
