amal choke
Can anyone confirm if there is a difference between an amal choke cable and a dellorto choke cable? got a delly 30 fitted at the moment,but going to be fitting an amal in the next week or 2.The amal has been machined to fit a delly manifold and the bellmouth has been machined for more panel clearance.I have asked knowledge (who I normally get my choke cables from) but he wasn't too sure,so to sum up ,will the delly choke cable fit an amal?
I am playing all the right notes, but not necessarily in the right order.

the end will fit, but you might have to play around with the outer casing length for the choke to operate correctly. I regularly swap between an Amal and a VHSA, and have a choke cable made to fit each.
