that other drawing was just a play around, nothing was exact to size or shape, but these drawings are the exact dimensions and design. just need to put the stud holes in and the wholes and spigots for the lid, which ill draw up this week or next week sometime, any ideas on the water flow are welcome, at the minute there is a partition wall to help the water flow round.

been a while, alot of progress,bit if a rough finish on the inside as i was going quite fast to just test to program. here we go...

Watching with interest. Nice bit of machining. :)
The cylinder head bolt holes appear to break out into the water chamber which will create a leak path. What is your plan to overcome that? :?:

titanium cylinder studs so it doesnt rust and its going to be quite a tight fit in the holes plus im going to spot face it and fit a rubber washer which should hopefully stop it from leaking. the lid for the top will also be sealed with two o-rings, outer diameter and the inner diameter where the spark plug will sit.

a lot of the newer lc topends have a separate head and skull cap anyway so if they don't leak this shouldn't do .. most ive seen for lammyies use copper washers same as break lines
