Can anyone point me in the direction of the chap that makes these, I think he may be a member on here? Or dealer that sells good quality ones with all the correct connectors.

I've used beedspeed for made to measure loom and the quality was top!

I can recommend Graham's looms fat rat on e bay top man and scooterist as well

My 1st port of call for something like this would be Byron who is a member of this forum and a really decent fella.

Another one for Jarv (Byron). He's done 2 bespoke looms for me (including diagrams) and I'm more than happy.
