anyone ever bored out the 34vhsb to a 36 or 38, is it possible with is body?

No but the 34mm VHSB at least is 'oval bore' 34mm wide and 36mm tall i believe. So you would have to take this into account, including the ovality of the venturi inlet shape if you are planning to have it turned. Thet are easily dissembled and a look at the slide guide and remaining body material should answer the question.
