Having real probs with the cable clamp that fixes to the pedal, I've tightened the cable in the clamp through the bolt as much as physically possible but keeps it pulling through when the pedals pressed......any ideas?

Have you tried putting a washer on the bolt then putting cable through, then another washer before putting the last clamp on ?

Looks like I maybe missing the wavy washer

AQs Bizzly said, use some washers, the bolt isn't threaded all the way up and your nut is on=bviously reaching the end of the thread before it clamps tight. The wavy washers are quite thin so you might need something thicker. Do it up tight and it won't 'vibrate' undone without the wavy washer.

The bolt is threaded past the cable hole but can see a washer probably would be needed, I'll give it a go....gotta say it's probably a s**t part & may get another from MB if it doesn't work out....thanks for the advice

Personally i'd be surprised if a washer or lack of a washer made the difference.
Are you getting the two clamping plates round the correct way?

I draw the readers attention to the use of a cable tie in order to take-up the slack on the inner cable, which works well whether you use one of my QA cables, or the traditional set-up.

Yes it's round the right way, otherwise it wouldn't fit on the pivot
