Well, I've got the CASA Parma kit, DRT Xmas tree, 64 jet for the carb. Whatelse do I need to do, bigger front sprocket or don't you need it with DRT Xmas tree? better clutch plates/springs? anything else??

not sure what the casa kit is... 80cc?
I did contemplate fitting one to my Lui, but didn't have the funds at the time.
Instead I did more of a backstreet build using parts that were available
So ended up with J125 sprockets, gearbox & clutch; Vega chain; Lui layshaft [to retain the original Luna hub & wheel]; J125 crank [rebuilt with standard rod by CSE] as can then use two seals on flywheel side; cento top end, slightly ported [exhaust raised, inlet lowered, transfer base opened out and casing enlarged to match], head ever so slightly skimmed; SH18 carb [with homemade flip choke conversion] and foam filter; modified J-range pipe [which took some faffing about as the gap it needs to go down is quite tight], should probably have gone for a vega pipe, but this being a Lui, it doesn't have the bracket on the mag side to mount the pipe to.
Done about 90 miles on it so far, going well, need to upjet as runs better with choke on.
Vast improvement over standard, can now get across the road without changing up...
I'm lovin it, great around town; probably reaching the design limits on the open road though...

having known of lunas tuned to the max, and then become unrideable due to vibration, i was mindful not to go too far, think this setup is a reasonable improvement without being silly

I had the 125 conversion, which is not mad at all, and I couldn't feel my arms after two rides around the block. I took it back to 75cc after a year as I got fed up with it.

just got a lui 50 cl for rebuild will need a complete engine also both hubs and wheels,whats the best engine to go for without too much messing about?
