Hub Tight (Everything's Alright?)

Hello
Rebuilt a series 3 front hub and when I tapped the second wheel bearing in I knocked it in a bit too far and clamped the spacer tube. I had aligned the tube ok as I'd put a bolt through the other bearing, and the wheel fitted fine onto the scoot.
Other than it potentially being a bit of an arse removing the bearings in the future is there any real prob with this minor faux par?
I have been using the scoot a bit with no horrific accidents or tyre melting heat building up from the additional friction.
cheers
