Martin,

Are you asking in case the V4 is better than the V3?

From what I have seen of the V4, it is very similar to the V3, but with reed petals. The principle remains the same, and scooters I have ridden tht have the V3 fitted have been really nice scoots to ride.

i have one but not tested yet

initial observations are it will have fitment issues on the lamby due to its increased thickness that is double the original so will make the manifold hit the frame on all probably even with the offset cones in

the addition of reed petal stops may require additional porting in the reed box area of the cylinder to clear these

the petal seating area is changed, same as malossi design providing an arched seat which keeps the petal tip tensioned for perect sealing which i like

i think therell be no major performance differance,ive tested the vforce 2 , 3 and delta models along with italkit version/copy in back to back tests on the aprilia rs125 and found only minor differances in power curve

but youve got to try to know for sure,so i got 1

I'm about to use one on a monza 225 set up, but I am not using the petal stop part and have placed it in a seven adaptor plate and am using the lth manifold for clearance as I couldn't get it to fit in the frame without notching out some of the frame
IT'S NOT WHAT YOU BUY
IT'S WHAT YOU BUILD!!!!

This bit sounded interesting ......
Due to the special arrangemant of the reed pedals the Boost Port of a TS-1 is open even without a packing plate.
Power gain will be about 1-2 hp.

For TS-1 and RD derivatives
I thought the Monza manifold was smaller making the V4 even more difficult to fit?

i have a nice imola cylinder with nice big gob on it, have v-force 3 readblock on at the mo and managed to get it to sit closer to the piston and shaved a bit off the manifold flange so has good frame clearance along with eccentric cones. the v-force 4 might fit ?. motor is up and running and ready for the rolling road, hint hint :anbrgin;
