do these fit the same as normal 3 hole silent blocks?
i ask as they have an L and an R which i know are left and right but they also have arrows on them but which direction are the arrows supposed to point?

I'm sure I've seen it somewhere. I think the arrows are supposed to be at twelve o'clock. If you get some let us know how you find them. I for one would be interested to find out if they are significantly better than what we've got already.
