Hi all, I recently changed the air filter on my sil200 engines series 2 and it hasn't run the same since,it ticks over and pulls away fine but then there is a massive dip in power until it seems to catch up with itself and pulls strongly.This is without the air filter installed,with the air filter in it runs better on choke.The carb is a 22 mill jetex,any help gratefully recieved,many thanks!!

May just want to go back to your old filter. Filter quality between manufacturers is spotty at best and it sounds like your old one was better suited to your setup.
