pattern development software

does anyone now of any good free pattern software to download or cheap, for development of sheet metalwork patterns to include cone/frustrums etc. dont need nothing fancy just as long as i can print of the finished patterns. i used to be able to draw these out from scratch , sqaure to round , segmental bends etc but cant remeber how to do them anymore
