Series 2 petrol tap

In regard to previous thread on same scoot, his Series 2 had the old brass petrol tap which won't flow enough petrol for the kit I've fitted. Have installed a new fast flow petrol tap but it's too short to link to the Series 2 petrol lever. Can you get slightly longer ones for a Series 2? If not I may have to install an extra swivel twixt the two.
