30mm Mikuni advice

Hi can someone give me a rough idea on the jetting for a 30mm mikuni tmx, jl4 exhaust, rapid 207cc race,variatronic ignition. Ta in advance

The needle that came with it on middle clip
220 main
I ended up with a lot bigger main in my ts1 but that has lots of comp
