Installed disc conversion on indian gp

yesterday me and my mate stripped my indian gp125 removed head set and forks we replaced the two part links with one peice polished ones , replaced the rods inside the springs to fixed balls it went pretty well . im just waitng for my front bgm dampers in chrome to arrive to finish it off
