fitted the polini induction kit on a t5 classic, petrol dripping out of back of carb any body any ideas?

Did you put anything else new in?
I changed mi float needle other day and after the scoot pissed petrol all over
Put old one back in and not a drop leaked???

Sounds like the float needle stuck open to me.

ducksta what do you think of your induction kit i fitted one to mine last week no petrol problems

just fitted it on my new suzuki 185 poini conversion by chislespeed, bugger wont keep running got a 120 main jet in as it had a 128 ?petrol p1551ing out still, checked everything nothing jumping out at me , sounds the biz when i get it running but then it stops and takes ages to get stated again.

i have the polini conversion kit from martin at chisel speed i run a 125 main jet in mine hope this helps m8

hi Ducksta i run with a rhs jl rz pipe.i also fitted a m-tech ign unit as well m8.

does the mtech work i thought they struggled on t5s
