This is the start of my winter project, a Vespa GS150. This scooter will be able to run on the LML engine shown in the picture and the original GS150 engine. There will be no frame modifications, I will show pictures of the build including the engine build, to show how to do the conversion without cutting the GS frame.

The colour scheme will be Matt White powder coat (all frame parts) the rest of the parts will be Matt Black as shown in the picture below of the front end.

Gandolfi Seat, with petrol tank and Indix petrol cap. The petrol cap is a copy of the Inox one that has the fuel gauge on the cap.

Finished painting the engine, in matt black. Who knows how long it will last, but I can always touch it up.

Reed Valve engine, this will have a manifold to take the PHBH 26mm carburettor. I can fit this without cutting the GS150 frame. Will show this later on. Waiting on a the new Pinasco flywheel kit and the race crank.

This is the inspiration for my winter project. Plan is to cut the panel similar to this and the same with the battery side. I won't be touching the legshield or the mudguard.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to achieve this with GS150 side panels.
