Hi , can anyone Tell us what would be the best carb or what they are using on a rb20 kit we are building AF web site lists the dellorto flat slide carbs and we have told that a mukuni would also work well . Does anyone have any views on either or what would be a better set up . He plans to use a franspeed super tourer exhaust with his set up . Thanks if anyone has any views

Recommend a 30mm phbh for good combination of power and fuel economy.....or 30mm flatslide if he has a few quid to shell out on a nice carb. 34mm flatslide if peak power is main concern, but fuel economy will suffer disproportionately..... 35mm TMX can be used, but is probably overkill on the RB20, isn't as flexible in the mid-range jetting, and is a bit of a mismatch for a tourer exhaust....better suited to a race pipe.

I used the 30mm Flatslide VHSH performed very well slightly more expensive than the PHBH though

Same as above really, its what comes with the kit and you will get exact set up details from AF, although if your using a franspeed then you may have to alter the jetting as the kit normally comes with there NK.
