The stand on my li special sits to straight so the front wheel is high and the slightest shove and its off.

Any tips on getting it to sit how it should please .

You could get a gut bucket to sit on it for an hour or two. That'll bend the fecker :)

I was thinking you could put your Parker on , sit on it thinking you look cool, then after everyone's took photos the stand will be bent enough to look right.

Would I be right in assuming it's one of the Vietnamese stainless ones? These usually have the stop brackets welded in the wrong position. A temporary fix can be made by putting some thick washers between the mounting brackets (J shaped) and the cross member. There might be some thick spacer plates on the inside of the cross member which can be relocasted and used. The problem with that approach is that the stand spring will not fully retract the stand  The only real way to sort it is to take it off and either replace it with a good quality one (I think MB do them) or cut and re-position the stops on the one you have. I managed to do this on mine just by making a couple of hacksaw cuts and knocking the stops to close the gap. You can then get the saw cut welded although I didn't bother and mine has been fine.

No its the original stand. Well the one that came with the scoot when i bought it in bits 10 years ago. :)

I just buzzed it up. Sprayed it and fitted the stainless strengtheners with longer bolts .
Cheers i will have a look weekend
