To remove the ignition lock barrel, remove the horn stem and you will see the tube welded to the fork stem.On the bottom of this tube is a small hole that you need to insert a pin ,a small drill bit etc will do.This pushes a tumbler on the lock and allows it to be drawn out.I find it best to remove the lock rubber trim then gently prise the whole lock body out of the frame at the same time as pushing the tumbler in.Watch out for the anti rattle strip falling out when the body comes out and don't force the body when prising out or the outer edge will break off.The seat and tool box lock barrels are similar to remove by pushing the tumbler.

With a bit of patience ,you can alter/remove some of the tumblers in the seat barrel so the one key fits all.
