Battery type /install

A while back I saw in another thread where some resourceful person had wired up a thin Lithium Battery from a house alarm... does nayone recall this ... I did use the search facility but could not fine anything..

Is this for some kind of DC conversion? should be plenty of info if you type DC conversion into the search window.

Don't know about lithium, but I use a sealed lead acid alarm battery which was quite compact.

I fitted a thin burglar alarm battery alongside the rear mudguard on the left hand side. To be honest, while it does the job, it could do with being a little more beefy. The lights will only last a few minutes before starting to die.
Meus Lambretta est non infractus. Is est quietus.
