You know what - I prefer panel handles that way too because they are streamlined the same way as the scooter. It wouldn't surprise me they were originally designed to fit that way (like S1 and S2), but some health and safety prune decided that it wasn't safe to have spikes sticking backwards at the side of the scoot so they changed it.

That is really nice, I like it alot.
I have a similar setup that is not nearly as good looking...
3 things-
Not knowing any better, that's how I setup my panel handles, and I like them better in the reverse orientation too. Rolling them on that way made more sense to me.
i'd like to see/know what you are using as an intake filter, if anything.
That R1 shock, I have one, but I am finding it too rigid for my liking. What are your comments on it? I am probably selling it and then swapping to the bgm rear shock.
As long as the road or track is smooth, its fine, but dips and chatter make it unbearable.
No air filter....carb is jetted correctly for optimum performance, and i have a powerjet fitted (but switched off) that i can turn on if things get a bit hot at any point! As for shocker, had the BGM one, but it was too long and the manifold fouled the frame, so switched to R1 which is shorter.
As I've said in private, Love it Dan..great colour combo, works a treat..old school graphic closes the style perfectly..it's gonna go like stink as well...
Good name btw
