My S3 Lambretta runs an SX150 engine with (so I was told when I bought it???) a 175 kit. The carb is a Dellorto SH1/20 (don't know what the jets are).
I fancy a new exhaust, more for the looks than any performance gain. Would fitting a ScootRS exhaust have any adverse effect? Or would I need to increase jets/carb size?

you really need to establish what your existing set up is before deciding on another exhaust.
Is it 175?

OK further to this my carb settings are as follows -
Slide - 5914-1
Atomiser - 5899-2
Main Jet - 106
Pilot Jet - 45
Stater Jet - 50
I haven't taken the barrel off to check so let's assume a 175CC
Any help will of course be greatly appreciated.

that's jetted for a TV175 S3 apart from the starter jet which should be a 50.
That being the case' if you're looking for a tad more performance I'd up the starter to 50 and slap on a 42mm Clubman ( you may then need to up the main to 108- try it and see)
If you're only concerned with looks why not fit a chromed Indian Big Bore, which apparently perform better than a 42mm Clubbie.
Alternatively go with the ScootRs pipe, but you should then consider fitting another larger carb.
Regretably "the world is your lobster" with exhausts/ carbs......
