Bloody hell how hard can it be :x
I've got the clutch side off but the throttle grip is stuck fast. I've had a screwdriver down and sprayed with WD40 but it still doesn't budge.

Hmm yes, I was rather hoping to be able to take them off undamaged.

all you can do is keep bunging the screwdriver in there .. oil .. and just keep twisting till the oil works to end

Use a syringe filled with petrol. Inject petrol through the grip in about 4 places, it should soon loosen. It's how we remove the grips on golf clubs to reuse them rather than cutting them off. Those printer ink replacement kits usually have a syringe and needle in them, not sure where else you'd get one from. To put them on we use double sided tape on the club or handle bar and pour petrol inside the grip and then onto the handle and quickly slide the grip back on. When the petrol evaporates the grip will be stuck fast.

Tried an air line? If you have a blower, fix a short length of tube that you can shove right in and blast off.
