Jetting a starting piont

Hi evryone
Could some one tell me a good starting piont with regard to jet sizes .?
Ive got a series one with a clubman exhaust and a 175 barrel not tuned and a new jettex 22mm
It starts ok, and runs not to bad ,just not that crisp,and i have to run whith out the air fillter conected
Any help would really be appreciated.
