Has anyone fitted a new NK Road pipe on to a S2? Just finished building my Rapido 230 and before I fit it to my S2 wondered if there is enough clearance with the S2 Panels. Dont mind trimming panels but not sure if panel handles are going to foul. Fingers crossed.
Don`t know about clearance on an S2, but when you do get it fitted, get some ear plugs, its a good pipe but a bit unsociable.
Keep on keepin on

Mine`s fitted fine, just had to buff the ridge off the panel handle for clearance and the usual bit off the back of the runner board.

Cheers fellas, not worried about the noise, the neighbours are pissed off with me leaving for work every morning at 7 with an old JL3 blasting out, so its just going to be a different annoying noise  Already got runner cut so a bit of grinding on the handle wont hurt. Just got to wait for rain to stop so i can get the new engine fitted.

Quick update. Had to use nylon spacers and longer bolts on end can brackets to get enough clearance for the handles. As for the noise, its no louder on tickover than the jl3 on my other engine, sounds a bit tinnier though. All good, started 3rd kick. Now for jetting fun and running in. At least 25 miles
