PX gearing

I have GS160 with PX200 engine on it.
It has aluminium Polini 210 (ported) and Si 26-26 carp with Polini Venture air intage. Works fine BUT still... You know...
I have been planned to have 60mm stroke to it. I know that I should have Malossi piston and 1,5mm (0,06 inch) head gasket to make it work.
Ok then gearing. What do you guys thin about that? Should I use 24/63 Main gear or not? Any experience about this? Anyone?
My need is to accelerate fast but have it go really easy over 100km/h (62 mi/h)
