georbox questions
Is the main shaft drilled, or solid likethe GP...??
Very likely an early one which used the LI type clutch bell with the center shaft....nearly all the later ones had the GP type clutch bell fitted with an LI button on top, so were not drilled...I cant find the webster manual, or I would give you the measurements of the gears cus they are in there...
later type not bored 3rd gear across 5 teeth 33mm early and 33.8 on later
We sleep soundly in our beds because rough men stand ready in the night to visit violence on those who would do us harm
The very early Late LI special's gear boxes used the earlier type clutch... this was later changed to the center less bell as or similar to GP...So you have a very early Late type LI 150 special...

Or you've bought a very cheap vernier gauge and its fooled you....
